SHIPPING POLICY

• After confirmation of order from our customer support team, ready to ship products are couriered within three business working days or refer product description for the dispatch timeline.

• Information regarding the Airway Bill number will be communicated to the buyer after the products are dispatched.

• We have tied up with DELHIVERY (for domestic orders) and DHL (for international orders) for shipping our products. Please refer to the shipping partner website for more details.

• For domestic orders, shipping charges are absolutely free. For international orders, shipping charges are decided after placing the order and told to the customer, order is delivered only when the customer agrees with the charges. All these have to be prepaid by the customer.

• Custom duty charges, if any in your country, will be borne by customers.

DELIVERY POLICY

We will attempt to deliver your parcel 2 times if the first attempt is failed. If the customer requests again, we will try 1 more delivery attempt, but if that customer is not responding and address is insufficient then we can only deliver it to the neighbourhood if they agree otherwise, we will not be liable for the same.

• You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or SMS and inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking status. The courier company does not accept any complaints post 72 hours marked delivered, and we will not be liable if there is a delay in informing from your end.

Our working days are from Monday to Friday and public holidays are not included as well.
